Meet your scout

It reads your resume. Then it finds the people who can hire you.

Upload your resume once: AI reads your experience and the roles you are after, and you can adjust them. Your scout plans several searches across millions of profiles for the recruiters, talent acquisition and hiring managers behind those roles, ranks every person by how well they can help, reviews the strongest profiles in full and keeps the top 100, with a short reason for each one.

  • Recruiters and hiring managers for your target roles
  • About 2–4 minutes per search
  • Every pick comes with a reason you can read

How it works

From resume to real conversations in three steps.

Setup takes minutes. The searching, ranking and writing happen while you get on with your day.

  1. Step 1: Upload your resume

PDF, DOCX or text. AI reads it and suggests the roles you're after; you can edit them. That's the brief your scout works from.

  2. Step 2: Scout your resume

Your scout finds the recruiters and hiring managers for those roles, ranks them and saves the top 100. Usually 2–4 minutes.

Illustration: a progress bar ranking profiles, with three hiring contacts scored by fit.

  3. Step 3: Reach out and reply

Build one email, let AI write a personal passage from your experience for each person, send it from your Gmail and answer every reply in Conversations.

Ask your scout anything

Your scout knows its sources. @-mention a person or a company and ask who hires for your role, what's missing or who to contact first.

Why it works

Fewer applications into the void. More conversations.

You stop rewriting the same cover note.

Write the email once. Each person still gets a passage about why you fit their team.

You know who to contact first.

Every list is ranked by who can actually move your application, with a reason you can read in seconds.

Hiring managers hear from you, not a bot.

Emails go out from your connected Gmail, and replies land in your Conversations inbox.

Resumes, people and notes stay together.

Each campaign keeps its resume, email, notes and scout list in one place.

Fewer bounced emails.

Addresses can be checked before sending, and invalid ones are skipped.

You can question your list.

Ask which recruiters cover your field, or pull the hiring managers at a company from your scout’s Studio.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The short version of how it all fits together.

How does your scout decide who to contact?

It reads your resume and target roles, plans several searches for the recruiters, talent acquisition and hiring managers behind them, ranks everyone by how likely they are to be the right contact, and saves the top 100 with a short reason for each one.

Who is ClaritySends Candidates for?

Job seekers who want to reach the people behind a role directly, instead of only applying through job boards. It is part of ClaritySends: the same outreach engine also comes in versions for recruiters and sales teams.

What happens to my resume?

It stays in your private workspace. AI reads it to suggest your target roles and to write your emails; you can edit what it extracted or delete the resume at any time. The built-in resume builder has several templates and an AI review; it can make a copy tailored to one job, download it as PDF, DOCX or plain text, and share it by an unlisted link that you can turn off at any time. Shared resume links are kept out of search engines.

Where do the contacts come from?

From a large database of professional profiles, searched by title, company, industry and location. You can also add people or companies yourself.

Where do the emails come from?

From your own connected Gmail account. Recruiters and hiring managers see a message from you, and their replies come back into Conversations.

Will this spam people?

No mass blasts. Each email is written for one person, addresses can be checked before sending, auto-send keeps the daily limit you set inside your sending window, and every email has an unsubscribe option.

Does AI write the whole email?

Only as much as you want. The Personalized content block writes one passage per person from your resume; the rest is your own words, and Modify with AI can rework any part.

How much does it cost?

The same plans as every ClaritySends workspace: start on the free trial, then pick a plan for the daily sending volume you need.

Your next job is one personal email away.

Upload your resume, let your scout find the people who hire for your role, and start real conversations. Your first campaign takes minutes to set up.
